WHAT IS CHARGED?
Generally we charge*:
* Prices are purely informative – more-detailed and precise information can be found in the Tariff of Legal Fees of the Slovenian Bar Association (Odvetniška tarifa OZS), the law on legal fees and the non-binding guidelines (Zakon o odvetniški tarifi, neobvezujoče smernice) and the Tariff of Legal Fees adopted on 10.04.2010 (tarifa sprejeta na skupščini OZS 10.4.2010).

OTHER POSSIBILITIES
Legal representation is not free-of-charge. Should you be unable to afford lgal representation, in some cases, the state may be able to assist you. If you require this, you should inform us during your first visit.
Generally we charge*:
- Consultation in our offices (Example: Consultation lasting ½ hour = 32.50 EURO, Consultation lasting 1 hour = 65 EURO,…)
- Letters, law suits and subsequent depositions (depending on value, from 65 EURO, in special cases this can be less)
- Representation (depending on value and duration, from 65 EURO, in special cases this can be less)
- other work for clients (notifications, searches, short letters, from 5.50 EURO)
- Material costs – 2 % of the value of the services or the actual costs incurred or a fixed charge of 20 EURO
- In accordance with the law on legal representation, you can opt for a contract to pay legal costs as a percentage of the recovered or awarded amount, up to a maximum of 15% of the amount.

RECLAIMING COSTS
- The opposing party shall reimburse your costs should they lose.
- For insurance claims the costs will be reimbursed through the insurance company.
